The Malthouse and the Granary originating from the late nineteenth century Industrial era, one converted over 3 floors for industrial use, the other refurbished and extended with new build accommodation over 5 floors.
Hoist gantries, HAKI system stairs and independent scaffold used throughout. Erected tube and fitting independent access scaffold to the external elevation with a table top bird-cage scaffold to the internal areas.
