Hoxton Square
Refurbishment of the existing building front & rear three storey section. The centre section was demolished and rebuilt to four storeys, whilst adding an additional floor to front & rear.
External and internal access scaffolds, all scaffolds were either sheeted or debris netted. Scaffolds to provide safe working platforms and leading edge protection and running rails for contractors.
At roof level an exclusion zone was set up. Leading edge protection to new steel works were added where an internal mobile alloy tower was required. We fixed brackets with scaffold boards on to the side of the building to prevent debris falling into Hoxton Square.
