Shepherds Bush Road

Originally built around 1915, this listed building has been granted permission for three additional floors together with an erection of a single storey extension to the rear; The existing load bay canopy at the rear of the building will be converted into a new conservatory. One key aspect of the new property will be the domed roof, with the change of use of the whole building from Class B8 (self storage) to Class B1 (offices).

Here, ENJ were asked to erect a beamed drive through gantry and independent scaffolds. Birdcages and independents to upper floors for installation of glass dome. Loading bay scaffolds to all elevations on various levels. A beamed tube and fitting pavement gantry, guardrails at roof level to three elevations and mono-flex screen with lift hanger scaffold from roof area.
